Founder & Executive Director
My name is Anjo Therattil and I am the Founder and President of Your Academics. I am a Junior at the Rutgers Honors College. I have also served as the President of Wilton Robotics, Commissioner for Link Crew, Math League Captain, and Board Member of Model UN. I was nationally ranked in history and quiz bowl competitions. I am also a public speaker, having emceed for over a thousand people. Passionate about helping others, I hope that we can bridge the educational gap and allow students to progress academically.

My name is Natalia Dluzniewska and I am President of Your Academics. I am also the captain of Wilton high school’s varsity cross country and track teams. I serve as the flute section leader in our school band and actively participate in various clubs. I am currently a senior, and I strive to make a positive impact in my community through volunteering and mentorship. My goal for Your Academics is to provide meaningful support that helps students build confidence, develop critical learning skills, and unlock their full academic potential.
Fundraising Chair
Hi, my name is Ainsley Smyth and I am the Fundraising Chair of Your Academics. I am currently a senior at Wilton High School and am a member of the Indoor Track Team. I am involved in multiple clubs including Pediatrics Club, Key Club, and Saferides. I joined Your Academics to help others and make connections with other people.
Co-Vice President
My name is Achintya Srinivasan and I am a volunteer at Your Academics. I am currently a sophomore at Wilton High School and involved in various activites both in and out of school. I love to practice the cello and play soccer in my free time. I joined Your Academics to try and make a difference and support a good cause.

Hi, my name is Harry Zhou and I am a Co-Vice President of Your Academics. I am a current sophomore at Wilton High School, and I am a member of the Math Team and Varsity Swim Team. I have also studied piano for over 10 years and competed at various regional and state level competitions. I understand the importance of having strong support in learning, and I hope to continue to help students find their passions and succeed academically.
